Sunny Speech and Language treats each child as an individual and works closely with you to develop a plan of care that maximizes his or her speech and language skills in order to make your child a competent communicator. Hands on therapeutic techniques, such as PROMPT may be used, along with parent training, to help facilitate successful communicative interactions.

Meet Jessica
Jessica Bernardo
M.S. , CCC-SLP
Owner and founder of Sunny Speech and Language Therapy. She was born and raised in New Jersey before moving to Florida with her husband.
Jessica has been a practicing pediatric speech-language pathologist since 2016. She loves working with children of all ages (and adults too!) She has worked with children birth to 18 in outpatient clinics, schools, and via telehealth.
Jessica graduated from Seton Hall University with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology.
She is currently licensed to practice Florida and New Jersey and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Jessica has specialized training in Level 1 PROMPT and AEIOU.
